Dental Staff Services has been providing quality, reliable and professional staffing solutions for over 30 years. Founded in 1991 by owner and operator Diane E. Stricker, R.D.H., Dental Staff Services, (DSS) is the longest operating and most established dental personnel service in northeast Ohio. Kevan Asadorian purchased the company in 2012 when Diane retired.

We offer short and long term temporary and permanent placement of Dental Hygienists, EFDAs, Dental Assistants, Front Office and Dentists. We have worked with over 750 dental offices and employed over 1,800 people since our inception. It is our main focus that satisfactory placements are made for the client doctors, matching their needs to the traits of the personnel, whether it is for a temporary or permanent placement. We have an established reputation for honesty and integrity as well as professional, yet friendly, interactions with our clients and our employees.

Kevan has over 30 years of experience helping small and family businesses.  He has worked with owners in a wide range of industries, which is particularly helpful when it comes to problem solving.  Kevan is a people person and excels when it comes to working with business owners in human resources, culture building, systems and process improvements.  

Kevan is married to his wife Susie of 32 years.  They have 3 boys, two Ohio State University graduates and an Ohio University graduate.  His goals are simple, he wants to improve himself and his business every day, make many friends, mentor those he associates with, hang with his 3 boys, travel with his wife, and golf with his buddies.
